Our Policies
  • Check In 4:00 to 6:30 P.M. (or by special arrangement).
  • Check Out 11:00 A.M.
  • PaymentDeposit Amount Required: One night's stay or credit card guarantee. Visa & Master card accepted.
  •  For high request weekends (e.g., graduation, football games, festivals, art fair), we require a two night minimum and 50% payment at time of booking. 
  • Any reservation made more than six months in advance also requires 50% payment at time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled seven days prior to your reservation although there will be a $25.00 handling fee. Any Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount unless we are able to re-book the room. 
  • The Queen's Residence is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse services and are not responsible for loss of personal property during your stay.
  •  Excessive alcohol use is not permitted and zero-tolerance for drug use on premises will be enforced. Under the above circumstances you may be asked to leave and money for rooms will not be refunded.
  • No smoking is allowed in the house.
